Howard Ware qualified from St Bartholomew’s Hospital in 1980. After extensive training, he went on to become a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon in 1992.
He was later appointed as a consultant at the prestigious Wellington Knee Unit, before eventually becoming Chairman of the unit. He is currently Senior Orthopaedic surgeon at Barnet and Chase Farm hospitals, specialising in surgery of the hip and knee joint.
Howard Ware has also lectured extensively on these subjects both in the UK and internationally, travelling to Europe, Russia and the Middle East.
Management experience includes membership of the Medical Advisory Committee at the Wellington and Kings Oak hospitals. He will also be Lead Advisor in the future amalgamation of the Barnet and Enfield hospitals with the Royal Free Hospital.
